Belgian pieced scarf

A few small brown spots, broken fillings, basically very good condition.

Small roundish motifs, square picoted mesh ground, good raised work and ribs.
This is where the dividing line between Bruges and Duchesse comes into play. The work on this is atypical enough that it might be Ghent.
